Milon Goh

Milon is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Singapore. His practice is focused on commercial dispute resolution. He has acted for clients at all levels of the Singapore courts, including the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal. 

Milon works closely with Norton Rose Fulbright Asia’s Corporate M&A team, and Banking and Finance team, assisting on a wide range of transactional and contentious matters including insolvency proceedings, restructuring deals and regulatory compliance. Milon also advises on non-contentious aspects of intellectual property, technology and competition law. His clients include financial institutions, aerospace companies, Fintech companies, software developers, oil and gas majors and high-net-worth individuals.

Milon has a particular interest in the development of Art Law in Singapore. He formed part of the pioneer batch of graduates from Singapore's first pre-tertiary arts school, School of the Arts Singapore (SOTA). His growing clientele includes authors, a production company and a local bookstore and café.

Milon graduated from University College London (UCL) in 2018 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in August 2020.
